  • "A big thank you to the guys in service!! I drove 900 miles pulling two jet ski's from Green Bay to see my sick son. He had been visiting and had some health issues and had to fly back before we got to ride the skis. I had issues with one which was melted tubes and it looked like we wouldn't get to ride them. A treat for my 18 year old, who had been through a lot. I explained my story to the guys in service. They were 7-10 days out working on the various motorcycles and jet skis, but the tech looked at it in the parking lot and put new tubes in my 99 GTX. He put it in water to check it out, fixed it, salvaged, and saved my weekend with my sons. Wow! Talk about above and beyond, you made my trip and all the miles worthwhile...and to see the smile on my son's face when he first rode that jet ski..made it all worthy while... Thank you again!"

  • "I must confess my sins. I looked for a motorcycle at other dealers before coming to you. I shall sin no more. Pam got me the bike I wanted at a price I thought was fair and kept me informed. Pam was very pleasant to deal with and did all this in addition to being very cute. Being the type of person that always plans ahead I came to pick up my Kawasaki 900 custom with no goggles. While I was waiting for my paperwork I visited your parts department and found a pair I wanted. When I went to pay for them Dave the parts guy showed me some you had just got in and of course they cost twice as much. I also thought they were worth the price and better suited my needs. I like my new bike a lot, and when you sell me my next one, you will have done your job well, I will come see you first next time, and hopefully Pam will sell me again! Thanks."

  • "Casey was great to work with. We bought a wave runner and I told him I'd be back tomorrow to buy a Yamaha V-Star 650 that was gorgeous! He was awesome from the first time I spoke with him. We actually took the wave runner out on the water to make sure it ran alright and it was perfect! I can't hardly stay off my bike and constantly want to be out riding it. Casey made our buying experience simple and easy. He went over everything with us about the bike and wave runner and hooked us up with a trailer and new tires at a very reasonable price. Keep up the great work guys! We'll be back to buy another bike, hopefully soon!"

Your finance manager was very polite and respectful. He made the usually difficult portion of the purchase very enjoyable. You don't get that very often.   • "On Tues 9-12-06 I got a screw in my back tire and I called the service dept panicked to get it repaired. I told the service management that I am a Patriot Guard Rider. I had funeral to escort in the morn early I needed it fixed or re-placed right away. They fixed me right up with a smile and even examined my brakes for free! I never got that kind of help at other places!!!"
